The eesmarts program provides professional development workshops free-of-charge to educators across the state of Connecticut for grades Kindergarten through middle school. Workshops are led by the Project to Increase Mastery of Mathematics and Science (PIMMS) of Wesleyan University.
eesmarts offers District and General Workshops, and in both, teachers can earn CEUs and are eligible for a stipend. Upon completion of a workshop, teachers can order eesmarts lesson materials for their classes.
eesmarts workshops are interactive and cross-disciplinary providing educators with a hands-on examination of the inquiry method using activity based learning opportunities.
